Kathryn Colman, M.D., Pediatric Otolaryngologist

Director of Pediatric ENT at Chicago ENT, Kathryn Colman is an accomplished Pediatric Otolaryngologist specializing in newborns to patients up to 18 years old.  A former clinical instructor of the Department of Otolaryngology at Harvard University, and a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, Dr. Colman has expertise with the diagnosis and treatment of obstructive sleep apnea as well as all ear, nose, and throat conditions.  She is the recipient of several honors and awards and has contributed research to several prestigious otolaryngological publications.  She currently works at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center and Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Chicago. 

Lara Field, Pediatric Registered Dietician and nutrition specialist

Lara Field, MS, RD, LDN, a specialist in pediatric nutrition, is the owner/founder of FEED Nutrition Consulting, a private nutrition consulting practice in Chicago – feedkids.com. Lara not only utilizes creative ways to plan a healthful menu, but also teaches parents techniques that will leave a lasting healthy impression on their children. As a mom herself, Lara always strives to provide realistic, practical guidance for busy families. Lara always has had a passion for kids’ nutrition. She has over a decade of experience in clinical practice at two of the top ranked pediatric hospitals in the country, Lurie Children’s Hospital and University of Chicago Medical Center.  Lara received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Aga Grabowski, MA, LCSW, Co-founder of Wildflower Center for Emotional Health

A psychotherapist and co-founder of Wildflower Center for Emotional Health, Aga Grabowski specializes in women’s reproductive mental health and helping women and couple’s thrive in their parenthood journey, which may involve infertility, losses, depression, anxiety, and conflict.   She also has extensive training in evidence-based treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, and trauma. 

Aga earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the University of Chicago and later obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration.
